以植物為基礎製成且富含蛋白質的肉類蔚為風潮，甚至連鎖速食業者肯折價券代碼銷售排行榜德基（KFC）都考慮推出人新上市必買造雞肉產品。迄今為止，人造肉產品一直都被速食業者當作牛肉和香腸的替代品，但這股風潮若延伸到以植物為基礎所製成的雞肉，肯德基表示願意考慮推出類似產品。. } }); } 肯德基美國總裁霍克曼（Kevin Hochman）告訴有線電視新聞網商業頻道（CNN Business）：「我最暢銷產品限時下殺們不認為雞肉在現今會是大趨勢，但我們會認真研究，且跟替代性蛋白質的主要供應商會面，以瞭解市場和發省錢達人熱銷商品展走向。」基於健康和環保意識抬頭，不少消費者都提高食用植物性蛋白質的意願。根據市場研究諮詢機構歐睿國際（EuromonitorInternational）調查，2023年美國肉類替代品零售市場規模可能達到25億美元，2018年僅14億美元，從全球市場規模來看，2018年約187億美元，2023年將可能增加到230億美元。霍克曼還說：「如果以植物為基礎製成的禽肉越來越成『主流』，且我們認為適合消費者，我們絕對會嘗試。」肯德基發言人也透過聲明表示：「肯德基美國公司目前暫時沒有測試植物性肉類或肉類替代品的計畫 ，但我們意識到它是不斷發展的產業，我們正密切關注，並且盡可能多加學習。」連鎖速食業者肯德基考慮推出人造雞肉產品。圖為「起司四騎士咔啦雞腿堡」餐。圖／肯德基提供 分享 facebook
硬皮症竟與肝肺都有關聯 中醫治療從養肝著手

你知道很多疾病都與肝臟的健康有很大的關係嗎？西醫所說的硬皮症，是以微血管病變為主的自體免疫疾病，因為免疫失調導致皮膚與內臟器官的纖維化與失能。而依據中醫理論，硬皮症使皮膚硬化、血管硬化、肺纖維化，都與肝臟有關，就是因為肝的功能不強與變亂導致，所以要從肝臟治療，培養肝的消化酵素，促進新陳代謝，就能治療硬皮症。
即使保護很好 動作仍然很困難
中醫師李深浦曾經治療一位在紐約生活的硬皮症病人，這位病人的手腳與臉皮都硬了，無法笑，因而回台來治療。李深浦醫師指出，這位病人在冬天時皮膚會變得更硬，即使保護很好，動作仍然很困難，手指頭都無法動，伸屈困難。
額頭長硬皮症 治療好氣色都變好了
還有一位是從南非回台接受治療硬皮症；李深浦醫師說，這位台灣人住南非二十多年，治好了硬皮症，還特別送了一個駝鳥蛋給我。另有位女生額頭有個五公分凹陷的硬皮症，皮膚下不會長肉，一層皮很暗，且在擴散，經治療後不只那裡好了，整個人氣色都變好了。
肺纖維化、肝硬化 用藥治療救回一命
不只是皮膚的硬皮症，甚至肺纖維化也是肺的組織硬化，肝硬化也是。四、五年前就有位肺纖維化病人已嚴重到插管，肺功能已衰竭，結果被李醫師救回，目前還可以騎車。還有一位被宣判換肝都無效的病人，猛爆性肝炎發作還有癌指數，經由李醫師用藥治療一週就回轉，而被救回一命。
疲勞、肝功能上升、肝纖維化 及早做治療
李深浦醫師強調，肝硬化病人會出現吐血與腹水，若是出現腹水就已很嚴重；所以，發現有肝纖維化，或是人很疲勞，肝功能上升，就要保護肝臟來治療，不要等到有腹水就不容易治了。
治療硬皮症 要使肝新陳代謝
李深浦醫師解釋，硬皮症是因為新陳代謝衰退，基礎代謝都不行了，主要是肝無法將營養分解，蛋白質有吃但不代表有吸收；因此，肝的新陳代謝能夠運作很重要。治療硬皮症要使得肝新陳代謝，是要使長出新的細胞，老細胞代謝掉，硬皮症就能依此自然機制退化。
先生緣主人福 好藥是利器
「醫生有智慧，好藥是利器！」李深浦說，有醫生雖然知道硬皮症，但是要有好的藥這利器來治療更重要，所謂先生緣主人福，人海茫茫，要找到能夠治病的，有好醫生也要有好藥方。
