台灣除了馬路上的三寶，還有停車三寶，不是太靠右邊，就是左邊，造成其他車輛車主無法順利開啟門，讓人惱怒。記者尤聰光／攝影 分享 facebook 交通違規車輛違停是檢舉最多的案件，其中，又以人行道停放車輛是最常見的違規項目之一。記者尤聰光／攝影 分享 facebook 台灣馬路上常見三寶駕駛，不僅造成他人行車不便，其實還有停車三寶讓人惱怒；常見有人對車位拿捏不準，不是太靠右邊，就是太左邊，甚至一車佔兩車位，造成其他車主無法順利停車或開啟車門，有人一等就是超過30分鐘，甚至超過1個2018流行產品小時，直呼是「停車霸凌」。台東市陳姓駕駛說，鄰車停太靠近，真的很討厭，有人就是哪裡便宜購物停不好，尤其鄰車太靠停車格邊線，讓人連開車門都困難，「等不到車主，只好自己設法爬進駕駛座啟動車子。」身材瘦小的還好，體型壯碩的只能從副駕駛座或後車門進入，爬進駕駛座發動開車。. } }); } 除車位對不準，造成他人困擾，台東縣交通隊表示，還有其他違規停車行為引人詬病，常見網友一致推薦CP值爆表有機車在人行步道違停、汽車停機車位，機車佔用汽車位等，其中以機車停放人行步道最多，去年檢舉數為322件。縣交通隊指出，不少用路人大都是便宜行事的心態，隨意停車，不管會不會流行優惠網站影響他人；路邊違停都會依法開罰，但公有停車場及私有車場停車不正等問題，只能靠車主多替他人設想。不過，也有車主表示，現有停車位的尺寸，對於大型房車如SUV、皮貨卡等車型不友善，因車身過大只要停到車位裡，就會佔滿空間，導致貼近他車，就易衍生問題，或許相關單位可以針對大型房車日益普遍的情況，重新調整停車格大小。台東縣政府建設處表示，現有停車位規格是依據道路交通標誌標線號誌設置規則劃設，這是全國統一，現階段不會有所變更，除非中央重新修法。
暴風圈接近東北部 越晚雨勢越顯著
【台灣醒報記者藍苡瑄台北報導】「強颱『瑪莉亞』在13點時距離宜蘭東方390公里海面上，10日晚上到11日清晨雨勢最顯著。」中央氣象局預報員顏增璽10日受訪時表示，颱風以每小時速度35公里朝西北西前進，10級暴風半徑未來有機會經過基隆，造成風浪，北台灣近日適逢大潮，要小心海水倒灌。北捷新聞課長凌啟堯說，已加強檢查平時設立在捷運出入口的防洪擋板、抽水機，適時增派人手，防止淹水。
「全台各地有雨，以北部降雨最明顯，整天都有間歇性降雨。」顏增璽說，雨勢越晚越大，尤其是在10日晚上到11日清晨最顯著，10日晚間起，中南部也會降雨。現在針對北部、台北山區、新北市 基隆、宜蘭山區等地也發布豪雨特報。未來10級暴風半徑會經過基隆，要注意風浪，北部、西南部、東半部濱海地區及綠島、恆春半島、馬祖已有長浪出現，請避免前往海邊活動。
氣象局提醒，適逢大潮，西半部、東北部及馬祖沿海低窪地區應防海水倒灌及淹水。颱風的暴風圈將於11日中午脫離台灣，下午雨勢會逐漸變小。花蓮地區則是要注意焚風，10日出現38.6高溫，11日也有機會發生焚風現象。其他地區11日將有降雨情形，溫度較低，大約是30度左右。
北捷防洪擋板設置在各出路口，也有準備抽水機待命。凌啟堯說，北捷已經做好萬全的準備。若鄰近的淡水河、基隆河或是路面上嚴重積水，防洪擋板會升上來，適時增派人手支援，目前是正常營運。
北捷早已為防颱做準備，10日下午4點起，台北市停止上班及上課，所以北捷將提早加密尖峰班距疏運旅客，後續視颱風狀態調整班距。
台灣高鐵公司則已完成防颱應變中心開設，24小時監控全線颱風動態，10日全線維持正常營運服務， 11日營運模式，則於10日晚間8點時前宣布公告。
至於飛行方面，民航局表示，截至10日下午2點，國內航線取消118、延誤0架次，兩岸暨國際航線取消175、延誤21架次。桃園機場於航站南北路地下道前、中央通道入口、停車場入口等，備妥沙包並測試防水閘門功能正常，空側部分確保各排水幹線箱涵順暢，備有多部大型抽水機、挖土機、發電機等防颱準備設施待命。
台鐵局10日西部幹線（基隆至潮州間），下行自177次自強號（台北下午5點45分開）開行後，全部停駛。上行自138次自強號（高雄下午3點38分開）開行後，全部停駛。
