Innovative security technologies such as the side-impact protection as well as the height adjustable headrest with an integrated seat belt positioner provide optimum solution for the safety of your little one.

The individually adjustable telescopic linear side-impact protection, more commonly known as LSP System, distributes the energies of an accident away from your child. For this purpose, a side impact protector can be extended along the seat's door side. In combination with the energy-absorbing shell your child travels safe and sound during their first trips by car.

網路叫車平台代僱駕駛自救會日前到行政院抗議「Uber條款」。圖／聯合報系資料照片分享 facebook 被稱為「Uber條款」的「汽車運輸業管理規則」一○三之一條修正草案，交通部昨拍板定案，最快十月八日開始執法開罰。未來小客車租賃業與Uber合作須提交營業計畫書，且載客計費須一小時起跳，只能以時租或日租計費，違者可處租賃業者九千至九萬元罰鍰。交通部年初公布Uber條款草案之後，代雇駕駛多次上街抗議交通部扼殺工作權、限制消費者選限定產品彌月送禮推薦擇，更不滿交通部從前年允許租賃業與Uber合作後，如今卻政策髮夾彎，本周更到行政院抗議交通部「假諮詢」；Uber日前也對修法表示感到「無比失望」。. } }); } 交通部昨召開部務會報通過「汽車運輸業管理規則」修正案，最快六月五日公告，公告後三天實施，最快十月八日開始執法。針對交通部喊話要求Uber轉型加入計程車客運服務業，成為「Uber大車隊」，派遣計程車、經營多元化計程車，租賃業者卻多次上街抗議不願埋單。林佳龍昨受訪表示「這需要一步步來」，盼雙方各讓一步，讓共享經濟有發展空間。林佳龍說，經過兩個月討論的草案已成熟，交通部也提出完整配套，讓Uber納入運輸業管理、輔導司機進入車隊，強調「納管才能保障乘客權益」。挖好康省錢大作戰對此，Uber昨晚表示，雖然過去Uber、代雇駕駛、民眾都曾表達不同意見，但草案最終還2018熱門商品找便宜是通過了。Uber尊重交通部作為主管機關所做的決定，但若要走出不同的可行性，也期盼爭取儘折價卷速讓租賃業者、代雇駕駛、Uber與交通部好好坐下來談，了解具體的法規內容再進一步評估。交通部政務次長王國材回應表示，下周四將先約網路叫車平台代雇駕駛自救會，也另將主動邀請Uber溝通。

謝政達表揚新北市62位優秀社政人員

(記者黃秀麗新北報導)為嘉勉在各工作崗位辛勞付出的社政人員，新北市副長謝政達於18日在市府表揚第三屆績優社政人員，謝政達表示，社政人員肩負兒、少、老、障、新住民等社會問題的發掘者和福利的媒合輸送者，可說是市府的社會安全守門員，希望所有社政人員共同努力，一起來守護，才能讓民眾有感。

新北市政府社會局為鼓勵基層社政人員，經29區公所及局裡9個業務科提報遴選出62位優秀同仁，分別頒發新秀獎、優等獎、特優獎、長青獎與特殊貢獻獎等五大獎項，期許藉由鼓勵認真負責的優秀同仁，讓各組織內見賢思齊。

謝政達在頒獎前語重心長的表示，這幾天國內陸續爆發有關虐童和家暴事件，造成民眾關切，政府相關單位也上緊發條，大家亟思如何再精進補救，以避免類似事件發生。其中新北市就有2件，包含私立淯薪托嬰中心和蘆洲林姓男子（肉圓爸）家暴案，所幸社會局在很短的時間內，運用現有的高風險安全網等機制，予以全力協助解決，托嬰中心部份也斷然處分停辦，公告施虐的老師，並協助所有家長轉托照顧，這過程非常辛苦，也得到中央衛福部的肯定。

謝政達說，新北市人口將近400萬，居全國之冠，幅員既廣且城鄉差距大，隨著人口老化、少子化、家庭結構變遷等，各項社會問題層出不窮，社政同仁站在第一線，除了要有愛心、耐心，也要有判斷力，才能快速、圓滿解決，讓民眾有感。新北市也一直開創各項新服務，如高風險整合型安全網、幸福保衛站、佈老時間銀行、輔具超音速2.0、惜食分享網、社區動健康、敬老眼鏡專案等，各項政策都是希望讓市民安居樂業。

這次特殊貢獻獎共有兩位，三重區公所社會課長曾明華協助在三重天台廣場後方「29街」的整頓，該巷弄整排建物原是私人商場，因經營失敗，負責人遠走，淪為髒亂和弱勢者聚集的淵藪，被外界視為「鬼域」，除由市府列為公安專案列管，跨局處通力合作解決外，曾明華並媒合諸如新北市愛心會、獅子會、功德會等社會資源，和三重商工及穀保家商學生等進場協助清掃，將幾十年來的沉疴終於一併解決，轉變成窗明几淨的文創商場。

另外新北市推動全國首創的敬老眼鏡方案，人民團體科長蔡雪秋媒合各方善款及新北市鐘錶眼鏡商業同業公會和衛生局共同推動，截至目前全市已將近有12萬名長輩獲益，並早期發現長輩眼部病變，績效卓著，創新「翻轉人團•滾動新北善循環」，使人民團體成為新北市推動社會福利的千斤頂。(自立晚報2019/1/18)
