林佳龍：春節疏運要「佈重兵」

【記者謝政儒台北報導】交通部長林佳龍今天於表揚今年度「金翔獎」得主與績優航空業從業人員時，稱許國內民航界過去一年通力合作，創下了許多亮眼佳績；他同時期勉桃園機場公司、民航局與航空業從業人員充分合作，為即將到來的春節疏運積極整備。

林佳龍強調，今年春節疏運要「佈重兵」，桃機與民航局要充分合作、整合，航空業也要完善所有流程，讓所有的細節都發揮最好的效率，在政府組成堅實團隊、航空公司扮演最重要的伙伴下，做好春節疏運。也提醒所有航空業從業人員，除了航空公司增班，今年還有務求滴水不漏的防疫工作，所以，今年春節疏運壓力特別大。

林佳龍致詞表示，航空等交通部業務與民眾息息相關，在安全、效率、品質、綠色的目標下，最重要的是以人為本，要瞭解人民感受，也要瞭解業者需求，「以人為本，是所有政府存在最重要的目標！」

民航局長林國顯則指出，雖然亞太空運市場競爭激烈，但台灣在擁有東亞要衝的地理優勢與民航伙伴兢兢業業努力下，一起交出漂亮的成績單。去年共有17家航空公司陸續開航30條新航線或在原有航線增班。在政府大力推動的新南向政策中，空運更扮演了促進觀光、經貿發展、帶動人貨往來的關鍵角色，107年飛航新南向國家的平均班次，比106年大幅成長7.4％，創下每週612班的歷史新高。

林國顯也預告，近年推動的各項機場建設，今年將陸續完工。首先，臺中機場7個過夜機坪將在2月完工啟用。下半年，正緊鑼密鼓進行的高雄機場跑道整建工程，將於9月完工啟用，為南台灣旅客提供更高品質的服務。國家門戶新地標—桃園國際機場新塔臺目前已展開系統整合測試、人員訓練等工作，將於12月無縫接軌舊塔臺航管作業，並結合航空城土地取得作業，為桃園國際機場未來20年發展做好準備。

此外，台中機場與高雄機場也都完成了2035年整體規劃，為未來20年的發展預為擘劃，台中機場已可容納1000萬人次、高雄機場以容納1200至1500萬人次進出為目標，在這樣的基礎上做好機場建設。
